At PEP, Denise, BASI Certified Pilates Instructor, celebrates each client's uniqueness. Her private Pilates sessions offer a custom experience tailored to your unique needs and goals. She leads with compassion and nurtures your progress, at your pace.

At PEP, it's not about keeping up, performing, or comparing yourself with others; it's about cultivating a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. Denise guides you through transformative Pilates sessions, focusing on mindful movements that harmonize your body and mind. 

Join Denise where Pilates meets self-care, and every session is a step toward a healthier, more confident you. 

Sessions are offered in 50 - Minute formats in packages of 8 or 16.  In person or via ZOOM platform.

About Denise

Denise Brewer-Shaw is an accomplished Pilates instructor and personal fitness trainer who will help you achieve the highest level of wellbeing and self-confidence through her unique fusion of Pilates and functional training. Workouts are customized to the unique needs of each client and are provided in a completely PRIVATE environment, either at her Irvine Studio or on location in your home, office or a nearby park. Denise has over 20 years of experience working with all fitness levels and holds Internationally and medically respected certifications in Pilates, Personal Fitness Training, Senior Fitness, and Post-Rehabilitative Recovery, from Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI - comprehensive certification in Mat and Apparatus) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE)
