Denise has been an avid fitness enthusiast for over 25 years, pursuing a variety of pathways in her journey towards attaining strength, flexibility, vitality and serenity. She left Corporate America after a 10-year career as a Human Resources professional in order to help others experience the same quality of life she has discovered through the self-care practices she’s adopted in her own life.
Denise understands the challenges involved in making health a personal priority, especially the importance of committing time to a consistent schedule of self-care. She respects that every BODY is unique and every client is on her or his own quest towards attaining optimal wellbeing. She meets with clients where they are and partners with them on their own personal journey toward improved wellbeing.
Denise takes a holistic approach to wellbeing and meet you where you are on your journey, which as you know, can vary day to day. Her goal is to create a safe space for you to practice self-care free of any judgement. The work you do together in this space offers results which transcend aesthetics and a number. These unmeasurable, yet invaluable benefits include improved mental wellbeing, confidence, energy, reduced pain, balance, strength and allow you to add "life to your years." Feeling strong and less pain in your body provides the catalyst to thrive in other areas of your life. Your relationship to yourself and others improves exponentially.
