I will guide you through a Pilates class that will begin with gentle movements and stretches before transitioning into a beginner's level flow (intermediate modifications will be offered for some of the exercises). This rejuvenating class will offer core strengthening and posture-corrective exercises with plenty of tension-relieving stretches. You will leave the session feeling restored and prepared for a restful night's sleep.
